URANHOUR is not liable for packages that are lost or stolen after being marked as “Delivered” by the courier.
If this occurs, please contact the shipping carrier directly to file a claim or request assistance.

Depending on your country’s regulations, import duties, taxes, and customs fees may apply once your order arrives at its destination.

Wrong Address Disclaimer
It is the buyer’s responsibility to provide a complete and correct shipping address.
We cannot guarantee address changes once an order has been placed due to strict shipping schedules.

If the package arrives in your country and:
The customer refuses to accept delivery, or
The courier makes multiple unsuccessful delivery attempts,
we reserve the right to abandon the package without issuing a refund.
